Michelle Loy Joins Board of Directors at Fletchers Waste Management
Fletchers Waste is delighted to announce Michelle Loy’s promotion from Head of HR to Director of People and Compliance.
Michelle has been with the business for four years. The diligence and commitment she has shown throughout this period demonstrates her ability to play a crucial role within the Company and as part of the Board of Directors.
Alongside her role as Head of HR, Michelle studied for 18 months to achieve ‘Associate CIPD’ in April 2020. We are very proud of her for gaining this well-respected qualification whilst also working hard and never faltering in her sometimes hectic and demanding role.
Along with other personal work goals, this achievement made the decision to promote Michelle to Director of People and Compliance an imperative one for the business.
As the only female on the Board, Michelle will be a welcome addition, one we deem very important to help aid us in the continued growth of our company.
